I am so grateful for a relatively smooth travel week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
First, my flights were good. Things started well as my flights out were on time. The return flights were also smooth sailing. It\u2019s sad when the check in gate agent remembers you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Second, the hotel was tolerable. However, my room was three doors from the elevator but fortunately, the noise was tolerable. There were definitely loud noises between 6p to 10p but otherwise, it was quiet. My biggest complaint was the smell in the common area by the main entrance. There was a sewage smell each time I entered and left the hotel. Yes, a sewage like smell. I was very grateful that elsewhere in the hotel was fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Third, the rental car was great. I drove an Audi sedan. Size and gas mileage were great. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fourth food: We went to a burger place one night. The burger was awesome but my onion rings were lukewarm so not the best. We went to an Italian restaurant too. I had the salmon piccata. It was delicious!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Overall, not a horrible travel work week. Work is busy but love the folks that I am working with. Again, I am grateful for this kind of travel week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
